Stress: Signs, Symptoms and Management

What is Stress?

Many people experience stress over their lifetime. It’s something that most of us will go through.

You may think any type of stress is bad, but that isn’t the case. Lower levels of stress have been found to help with productivity and motivation, due to the slight pressure of it. However, the stress that we often refer to is not this type of stress.

Using a mix of reliable sources from mind.org, NHS, and healthline.com, we define stress as a feeling of anxiety, worry, and/or irritation caused by an event or happening.

What are the Symptoms?
