Salary
£10.15 per hour - The rate of pay for 16- and 17-year-olds is at 80% and 90% of the rate shown respectively
Hours
- Various contracted hours available.
Role
- Provide excellent customer service through in-depth knowledge of Sheffield City Trust products and services and understanding of customer’s needs.
- Provide solutions for new and existing customers contacting Sheffield City Trust
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant Sheffield City Trust products and services to increase participation
- Efficiently process enquiries to ensure customer records are accurately maintained
Essential Qualifications
- Able to work under pressure, whilst providing excellent customer service
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional telephone manner and clear voice
- Confident and professional
Desirable Qualifications
- Sales Experience within a customer service role
- Wide and Varied Knowledge of Sheffield City Trust products
