Children's Athletics Lessons
Our fun athletics academy (5 - 12 years) give children a taste of all the different athletics disciplines.
Our coaches teach universal techniques to help children improve their running, jumping and throwing.
Each session includes a warm up, games and event specific coaching. The sessions are split into groups so children will learn with others at their level of ability.
Included In Our Lessons
- 1 lesson per week on an allocated day and time
