Booking Information
All golfers are advised to ensure they are adequately insured whilst playing golf.
Members can book 13 days in advance online and 11 day over the phone.
Non members can book 11 days in advance online and 9 day over the phone.
Bookings must be made in advance. Non member bookings must be paid for in advance.
A minimum of 3 players are required for weekend bookings.
Pro shop now open.
Our pro shops are now open to allow you to check in for your tee time. The number of customers permitted in the receptions and pro shops will be limited to a maximum of 2 people.

Course
Birley Wood is an idyllic, stress-free yet challenging course ideal for players of all levels. Beginners and young players will enjoy the ups and downs of Birley Wood Golf Course that can enhance their overall game while experienced players will relish in the charming putting surfaces and exceptional short game of both the Birley Course and the Fairways Course.

Club Membership
Birley Wood Golf Club is a small friendly club, founded in 1974. The committee is made up of volunteers from the club membership, who organise weekly matches throughout the year. We are active in the regional leagues across South Yorkshire. Membership begins at £15 per year. Click below to join online or follow on Facebook. Golf lessons are available to book with our friendly PGA golf pros. Our pro shop is stocked with all the essential clothing and equipment to prepare you for a round on the course.
