A total body conditioning class combining cardio, strength and resistance exercises.
This class will work all areas of your body incorporating various pieces of equipment including weights, resistance bands and step platform plus aerobic exercises.
The best possible all over body workout toning all areas from top to bottom!
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
