BODYATTACK™ is a high energy fitness class with moves adaptable for total beginners to total addicts.
Les Mills BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building both strength and stamina. It combines athletic aerobic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength and stabilisation exercises such as push up and squats to create a killer workout that gets results.
You can adjust a BODYATTACK workout to your current fitness levels as our instructors will always give you a low impact option so you can tailor your workout.
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
